Case study · EdTech SATisfactory
A new education brand, ready for its first students. Identity, website and campaign creative designed around a clear next step: book a demo class.
The problem, and what we noticed
A SAT-preparation company launching with nothing to launch from: no brand, no logo, no website, and a test date on the calendar to sell against.
The ads were being seen but not chosen. At a 0.5% click-through rate the limit was the creative, not the budget, so scaling spend would only have scaled the waste.
The objective
Launch the brand and scale it profitably, filling free demo classes that turn into students.
The strategy
Fix the creative before scaling the spend: test and optimise the ads until the click-through rate reached 1.5%, then scale the funnels behind a high-conversion website.
